Robert Tribitt Jr. is the eldest son of Robert and Gloria Tribitt, Sr. A former Marine, he is the father of seven. Robert was married to Evelyn J. Tribitt until the LORD received her home.
Robert was called to the ministry as a high school student, while attending a Wednesday night prayer and bible study conducted by the late Rev. Albert Wilson. He continued his press in the ministry and was licensed and ordained to the Gospel ministry by the late Rev J. Allen Rodgers. He has served the church as Sunday school teacher, youth pastor, prison Chaplin, and evangelist, ministering in many states and Canada. He has been a lecturer on college campuses, holding seminars and workshops. He also serves the body as Psalmist and Minstrel.
Robert served as Sr. Pastor of Gospel and Peace (GAP) Church of Kansas City MO, until he believed the LORD instructed him to fold his ministry with Victory Temple Christian Life Center.
He now serves as Associate Pastor, with his wife LaShonda Hembry-Tribitt, at Victory Temple Christian Life Center.
Dr. Madelyne Douglas, fondly known as Dr. D, has been an ordained Minister of the Gospel since 1974. Dr. Douglas has been married to her husband Larry Sr. for 35 years and they are the proud parents of 2 adult children.
Dr. Douglas serves in the church as an Associate Pastor, Congregational Care Coordinator and a member of the Church Board of Directors. Dr. Douglas is a keynote speaker at many churches of all denominations, as well as a motivational speaker for conferences in women’s ministry, youth ministry, and community affairs.
Dr. Douglas is a certified Christian Counselor through the American Society of Christian Therapist and is a professor at Faith Bible College where she teaches Crisis Counseling I and II.
Dr. Douglas has a passion for the next generation of leaders and has a special assignment from God to “Coach and Prepare” them to be ready to take their places In the Kingdom for the Lord.
